Know the price first.

Every matter has a fixed price. You pay for the finished result, not for hours. However long the work on your documents takes, the amount stays the same.

Service

One matter, one price.

You have a specific contract or question, for example a contract drafted with AI. A lawyer handles it and you pay once, with no subscription.

from £55per matterSee the Price List ↓
Platform

Your agreements, under watch.

The Register holds your agreements, deadlines are watched and you get a monthly list of what needs a decision. Higher plans add a lawyer-reviewed contract every month.

  • You know what you will get: the scope is in writing.
  • If the scope needs to change, you get a new quote to accept first.

From request to finished work.

  1. You describe the matter.

Tell us what you need and by when. You don't need to send documents at this stage.

  2. You accept the scope and price.

We confirm the work, the price and the timing in writing. The decision is yours.

  3. You receive the finished work.

The result is verified by a lawyer within the agreed scope. The price stays as agreed.

You know what you will get.

An example of how finished work is presented. The data and text below are illustrative.

Contract reviewExample

Changes, with the reasons.

§ 8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement on 90 days' 30 days' notice.

Why do we propose the change?
A shorter period lowers the cost of ending the relationship. In this matter it needs to be agreed with the other party.

Result: a risk analysis, proposed changes and negotiation guidance, according to the scope ordered.

Services agreement

A recorded payment date is coming up. Confirm the invoice status.

Each alert leads to the specific agreement and the date recorded in it.

Clear rules before you order.

Scope and price

We confirm both in writing before work starts. The agreed price does not change, however many hours the work takes.

Monthly or yearly

A monthly plan runs month to month. A yearly plan is paid once, upfront, and then continues monthly unless you give notice 30 days before the year ends.

Documents and access

The finished work you ordered stays yours. Your data can be exported for at least 30 days after access ends. Monitoring ends with access.

The lawyer's work

Plans cover named deliverables. Automated answers about your documents are not a signed legal opinion. A full contract review is a separate service from verifying its map.

Can the price go up during the work?

No. The price agreed before work starts stays the same, however many hours the work takes. If the scope needs to change, you first get a new quote to accept.

I wrote a contract with AI. Will you check it?

Yes. A lawyer reviews it like any other contract: the risks, the changes and the next step. A short contract (up to 3 pages) costs £55 ex VAT; up to 25 pages, £400 ex VAT.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay once, upfront, for 12 months. Start costs £799 ex VAT a year instead of £948 ex VAT. On Call and Retainer: you pay for 10 months and use 12.

Will ordering a review change my plan?

No. You can order a review, a document or a negotiation and stay on your plan. You approve the price before work starts.

When will I receive the work?

We confirm the date together with the scope and price, before you decide. You can tell us the date you need in your request.

Start with the contract on your desk.

See the scope, price and delivery timing before any work begins.
