Companies we work with

See Kepta at work.

Three minutes: a client contract from template to signature, every deadline across a portfolio, and the risk in a client's draft caught before you sign.

Narrated in English, with captions. The company and documents shown are samples.

For now, nobody is watching.

Right now, in a company like yours:

  1. Last monthRenewed

The office lease renewed for a year. The notice window had closed three weeks earlier.

  2. This weekClosing

A termination window closes. The clause sits in a PDF nobody has opened since signing.

  3. YesterdayNot reviewed

A customer changed the payment terms. 45 days instead of 30, and it goes to signature unread.

  4. TodayOverdue

An invoice is 62 days old. Nobody has written to the debtor yet.

The books are kept every day. Payroll runs whether or not anyone asks. Kepta holds your agreements to the same standard: kept is a state, not a service.

Signed is not finished.

Kepta keeps watch: day by day, agreement by agreement.

The Register holds agreements, decisions and obligations. The Legal Brain uses that record to inform future work.

With Start, Kepta monitors recorded dates and brings upcoming decisions to your attention.

One agreement, kept

  1. Day 1

Signed. Parties, dates and obligations recorded.

  2. Month 1

Payment terms: 45 days with a deposit, as agreed.

  3. Month 10

The notice window opens, 60 days before renewal. The decision comes to you.

  4. Month 12

Renew, renegotiate or exit: you decide before the date.

The next contract starts with what you already know.

The Legal Brain

Your agreements and the decisions behind them give the next matter a starting point. Kepta brings relevant context back into the work.

Earlier decision

45 days, with a deposit.

Accepted in your services agreement. The reasoning is in the Register.

New agreement

A new customer asks for 60 days.

Longer payment terms need a fresh decision.

Context for the review

Your earlier decision comes back.

The lawyer sees what you accepted and why, and checks it still fits.

Illustrative workflow. Kepta's team operates the process during assisted rollout; this is not a claim of autonomous approval.

Before you start.

Can I order one contract without subscribing?

Yes. Order the service, approve its scope and price, and receive the finished work without buying a plan.

What is included in the standard review?

A typical contract of more than 3 and up to 25 pages: legal review, redlines, one revision round and negotiation guidance. Running the negotiation is a separate service.

Who reviews the work?

A lawyer reviews the legal assessment delivered with a contract-review service. Automated alerts, document extraction and automated answers are different outputs and are not represented as signed legal opinions.

When will I receive it?

A standard review typically takes one business day after scope acceptance. This is an estimate. Kepta confirms timing for your matter before work starts.

What does Start include?

A Register of up to 25 agreements, onboarding assessment, one lawyer verification of the first contract's map, and ongoing monitoring of recorded dates and obligations. Full reviews and negotiations cost extra.

What happens if I stop subscribing?

You keep the finished work you purchased. Your records are available to export for at least 30 days after access ends. Active monitoring stops. The engagement terms describe retention and deletion.

Is Kepta a regulated law firm?

Kepta is a technology-driven legal-services company, not a bar-regulated law firm. Software supports the work; lawyers provide the legal review within the agreed service. The engagement documents identify the contracting provider and relevant responsibilities.
