The authorised third parties that process personal data on Kepta's behalf, with purpose, region, and links to each provider's data-protection terms.

Pursuant to Article 28(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Processing Agreement, Grasperly Sp. z o.o. discloses the third parties that process personal data on its behalf. At launch, Kepta is a marketing website with contact and inquiry forms; the sub-processors below handle that website and the messages you send us. We will notify affected customers of any proposed addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least 30 days before that change takes effect, by email and by an update to this page.

§ 2AI model providers
Kepta engages no AI model provider at launch: the current service is this website and its contact forms, and your data is not processed by any large language model. When the Kepta platform is engaged, the AI model providers that process Customer Data will be added to the table above, operating under contractual Zero Data Retention (prompts and outputs processed in-flight and not retained beyond the time strictly necessary to return a response) alongside the no-training commitment in our Terms of Service and clause 6 of the DPA.
