Kepta is two things you can buy separately or together: legal services, paid per matter, and a platform, paid monthly. Here is how they differ and how they fit.
A one-off service does not include ongoing platform access. The Start plan does not include full reviews: you order those at Price List rates. On Call and Retainer combine both.
Every plan includes the platform. Higher plans also include legal work each month. Anything beyond a plan is billed at Price List rates.

ApprovedSoftware supports document preparation and analysis. A lawyer reviews the legal assessment within the ordered service.
§ 6.2 · Payment terms
Recommended: accept 45 days only with a deposit.
Reviewed by a lawyerThe review ends, but the agreement lives on: payment terms, a notice period, a renewal date. You decide whether anyone keeps watch.
Download the finished documents and you are done. Nothing renews and no subscription starts.
The signed version, its dates and obligations go into your Register. Before each deadline the decision comes to you, and your past decisions inform the next contract.
